While Disneyland’s Monte Cristo sandwich is legendary, it has roots in Disney World. A favorite of Walt Disney himself, this sandwich made its debut at Magic Kingdom in 1971. Filled with bacon, roasted turkey, and provolone, then deep-fried and topped with powdered sugar and berry puree, this sweet-and-savory dish is not to be missed.
